Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Replaceit is operated by Fuznet. For any question about this policy or your data, contact contact@fuznet.com.

2. Data we access

When you install Replaceit on your Shopify store, the App accesses:

• Store information: shop domain, store name, plan and locale.
• Product data: titles, descriptions, SEO meta title and description, tags, metafields, variant SKUs and option values — read to build the preview and written only when you press Apply.
• Operation data: the search term, replacement value, options and the original (“before”) values of every field changed, so that an operation can be undone.
• Billing status: whether your store has an active Replaceit Pro subscription and how many free operations remain.

3. Data we do NOT access

Replaceit does not request, read or store customer personal data, orders, payment details, or any customer identifiers. The App only requests the read_products and write_products scopes.

4. Why we process this data

Product data is processed solely to perform the search, preview and replacement operations you request, and to allow you to undo them. Store and billing data is used to authenticate your store, enforce the free-operation quota and manage your subscription through Shopify Billing.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on secure, access-controlled cloud infrastructure hosted in the European Union. Shopify access tokens are stored server-side only and never exposed to the browser. All traffic uses HTTPS/TLS.

6. Retention

Operation history (including original values needed for undo) is kept while the App is installed. When you uninstall Replaceit, we receive Shopify’s app/uninstalled webhook and your access token is revoked immediately; the remaining store data is deleted within 30 days. Shop redaction requests (shop/redact) are honoured by permanently deleting all data for that store.

7. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers strictly required to run the App (hosting and database), and with Shopify itself for authentication and billing.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to contact@fuznet.com. Uninstalling the App also triggers deletion as described above. Replaceit implements Shopify’s mandatory compliance webhooks: customers/data_request, customers/redact and shop/redact.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date below always reflects the latest version, and material changes will be announced inside the App.
